Becky and Derrick worked tirelessly in assessing our needs and wants. They gave us numerous options, and kept us well-informed at every step of our new home search process. If you are looking to buy a home, you can't go wrong with Becky and Derrick.

They provided us with great insights on properly pricing the house. (I think that Paul is a pricing wizard!) We had seven showings in the first two days. We had a nice offer almost immediately, and sold the home within a week for more than our asking price.

Paul and Susan called us regularly to keep us up to speed as things progressed on the sale of our home - and they made themselves available for questions which we had during the process.

People say "You get what you pay for." That nicely sums up our positive feelings about doing business with Accent Realtors. They had several pricing options that provided us with choices of services. We went with the more expensive choice, but it was "Darn well worth it"!

Paul and his team were very good to us. After a year wasted, and three other realtors failed to sell our home, or give us the information or advice that we really needed in a very strong buyers market, we finally hired Paul out of desperation. We received the information that we needed to price the home where it would sell, and was taken care of by his team. It still took 60 days to find that price, but it did finally sell. I would skip over any realtor with less experience than Paul. Had we hired him earlier, we probably would've sold earlier.

We were moving from Oklahoma to Oregon, and were listing the house after we left. We met with a different realty company and it was a big mistake! We spent 6 months with terrible realtors and little to no communication about what was going on with the property. After our contract expired, we contacted Paul Wheeler Accent Realtors and they put us in the hands of Steve Shumaker. He was GREAT!! He was very quick to send us the info and paper work we needed and was available to answer any questions. He kept us up to date on if the house was showing or not, how many new showings it had, the amount of Internet activity it had etc. He kept us in the loop and would let us know if we should do something different or change something. If we had any questions, we would email and he was very quick to respond. He even responded to us on a Sunday. If we called, he was quick to return our calls. When our file moved into closing, our file moved to Susan Molinar and she was just as great as Steve. Even though our file was being handles by Susan while in closing, Steve still answered our questions if we contacted him, we weren't just passed off and forgotten. Even though we never met Steve or Susan in person, they still made us feel like our file was the only one they were working on and put a lot of time and effort into it.

We had a great experience with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one!! I only wish we would have listed with them first.
